Activity automation and Discord

Starter activity tools

Open Dashboard → Audit Logs, choose your product/category/time range and search text, enter a filter name, and click Save filter. Filters are private to your account and selected organization. Choose a saved filter to restore it, or use New filter to save another. You can keep up to 25 per organization. Relative ranges remain relative when reopened.

Organization admins can enable Webhook failure alerts on the same page. After automatic retries stop, verified organization admins and owners receive an email linking to the failed delivery. Open the link, review your receiver, then click Retry failed delivery. Opening the link alone does not retry. Retrying can repeat customer-side effects, so webhook receivers should handle repeated events safely. Replay results appear in delivery history.

Pro exports and retention

Organization admins can choose a daily or weekly audit export schedule. The first export is due one interval after saving; each export covers the preceding UTC period. Use Refresh scheduled exports to find authenticated CSV downloads. Exports remain available for up to 30 days, subject to your retention setting. There is an initial limit of 10,000 rows and 10 MiB per export; an oversized export shows an error instead of silently truncating. Use a daily schedule or narrower manual exports when needed.

Set Retention days to 7–365, or leave it blank to retain all audit logs. Saving a shorter period permanently removes older audit activity on a later worker run, including scheduled exports containing older rows. Export backlog or integrity errors may delay removal. License lifecycle events and webhook delivery records have separate storage policies. Retention cannot recover activity already removed. Downgrading pauses scheduled exports and retention; paid downloads are unavailable until the organization upgrades again.

Add GeckoGuard to Discord

  1. Connect your Discord account in Dashboard → Profile.
  2. Open Dashboard → Discord Bot, select Add GeckoGuard to Discord, and choose your server. If installation is not configured, contact your GeckoGuard operator.
  3. In that server, run /gecko link. You need Discord Manage Server or Administrator permission.
  4. Follow the private link within five minutes, select the organization, and click Link to selected organization. You must be an admin/owner of that organization and connected with the same Discord account.

Starter or above is required. Only one organization can be linked to a server. Unlink it from the current organization's Discord page before connecting another organization.

CommandWhat it does
/gecko helpShow private usage instructions
/gecko licensesList the latest ten license IDs and statuses
/gecko status license_idShow a license's status and fixed expiry
/gecko revoke license_id confirm:trueRevoke a license
/gecko restore license_id confirm:trueRestore a revoked license; expired licenses remain expired

Use a license ID/UUID, never a license key. Replies are private and never reveal keys or credentials. Reads require organization membership. Revoke and restore require both organization admin/owner access and Discord Manage Server/Administrator permission, plus confirmation. Permissions are checked on each command; unlinking your Discord account or removing your organization membership removes access. Mutations and denied authorization attempts are recorded in activity logs, and license changes appear in the license event history.

Use the dashboard for creating licenses, key reveal, bulk operations, and searching older licenses. If a command times out, check its status before repeating it. The initial bot allows 20 commands per minute per Discord user.
